My Training Philosophy
I have been involved in fitness for over 23 years, and have been a personal trainer for the last 6 years with two certifications through the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sport’s Medicine. I firmly believe that exercise is an essential part of a healthy and fulfilling life. Furthermore, I believe that strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and a healthy lean diet are key factors in achieving an aesthetically pleasing and healthy body. Exercise can improve self-esteem, is a great stress reliever, and can benefit people of all ages and all walks of life.

I truly have a passion for fitness, and have enjoyed working with all types of clients, including children, teens, and seniors. However, I probably enjoy working with clients that are determined to lose weight and get fit, the most. A trainer can ensure better accountability and more efficient work-outs, which are key to a successful fitness and weight-loss program.
