Alma Villareal has been my personal trainer for four years. I’ve seen a lot of progress with her being my trainer. I work out four times a week with Alma, with her never focusing on just one area of my body, she caters her workouts to each individuals needs. I recommend her so strongly because her workout routines are unique among all the other trainers I’ve ever trained with. Alma senses when I’ve had a bad day and is always there with a cheerful, motivating attitude. After a good work out with Alma I feel rejuvenated, filled with confidence, and more motivated.

I never thought of exercise as fun.  So after years of being a couch potato I shocked my friends and family when I joined Alma ’s fitness and weight loss boot camp in January ’09.

The boot camp classes are great for getting your body in shape.  Alma always changes the exercises so you never get bored with the same routine.  Now I actually enjoy exercising and look forward to each class.

In four months I have lost 23 pounds and almost 14 inches.  More importantly I have more energy, my body is more toned and I am motivated to regularly exercise.
